In 2025, the new DFK Prismatic Loupes were launched.  These are the latest loupes to be introduced to our customers.  Offering an adjustable PD and working distance whilst maintaining perfect posture throughout your procedures.

SurgiSol has over the past decade been working closely with Brymill (UK) attending various conferences, exhibitions and events throughout the UK.  Having worked as a close partnership we were proud to be given the opportunity to continue flying the Brymill flag to its customers.  As of the beginning of 2025 SurgiSol took over the Brymill business.  Our aim is to continue to provide their 1st class service to their existing customers.... and new future ones too!

Heine originally introduced the modern day dermatoscope in 1989. This changed and revolutionised dermatologists way of examining and diagnosing skin lesions. 30 years later Heine managed to do it again, and launched the HEINE DELTAone and the HEINE DELTA 30 series. SurgiSol was the only company that truly introduced these new devices into markets that HEINE didn't even know.   SurgiSol has over 25 years of experience with the majority of the leading brands.  We are probably the only company that will give you the best and most honest advice based on your requirements (not based on the most expensive device).
SurgiSol keeps up to date with the latest devices and will only supply equipment it believes is the right device.

A comprehensive range electrosurgical units, offers the end user something that they actually need. A full range of accessories for these units is also available.

A simple space saving unit designed for the extraction of surgical smoke plume that is created during electrosurgical procedures. SurgiSol has the new Aaron Bovie Smoke Shark II which is sleeker and more compact than the previous model. The added benefit is it gives you the option of using tubing of varying diameters eliminating the need to be tied down to one specific type of tubing.

A range of headlights suitable for differing requirements are available.  Options include cordless versions that allow for 100% mobility without being tethered to a cable.  

Bovie® has been the number one manufacturer of battery-operated cauteries for decades. The safety-enhanced, snap-design cautery is the only battery-operated cautery in the world to address known safety hazards of improper disposal. The cauteries offer a safety-enhanced design, with a recessed button to reduce the potential for inadvertent activation. The cautery units are also modified to enable practitioners to “snap off” the end of the cautery for safe and effective removal of the battery power source.

High quality optical lenses are important when requiring the use of loupes. SurgiSol is able to provide what it believes to be some of the market leading loupes. Magnification ranging from the standard 2.5x (most commonly used) all the way to 6x are available.  The latest addition are the now more commonly requested TTL (through-the-lens) style as these offer the benefits of great magnification, but without the weight associated with flip-up's.

Bipolar forceps have traditionally always been re-useable. Today with issues relating to infection control and the cost and time factor involved with sterilisation, SurgiSol is now able to supply single-use bipolar forceps for a wide variety of electrosurgical units. Different styles such as Adson, Straight, Bayonet are all available with a choice of standard or fine tip. Please see product section for further information.

Unfortunately no longer available in the UK and Europe. Designed exclusively for lip augmentation (enhancement). PermaLip was the alternative to injectable fillers and was growing in popularity not only in the UK but globally. The reason being is that it provided a long lasting fuller, more volumised result with a very natural look. And was easily removable. More importantly it was a safe and clinically tested product. SurgiSol was proud to be involved with a product such as this.

Until recently the PermaLip procedure required a specialised instrument that was expensive and was re-useable. Now, SurgiSol has come up with a solution in the form of a single-use instrument designed for the PermaLip procedure.  This instrument can now also be used for other tendon repair procedures.
