Biopsy punches in small sizes require time and effort to use, as specimens tend to become stuck in the punch. Specimens can also easily become damaged if removed with force. Following doctors’ feedback, KAI MEDICAL developed a unique biopsy punch with a plunger system. This allows smooth ejection of tissue lodged in the punch. Colour coding makes sizes easy to identify. Biopsy punches with plunger are available in the following smaller sizes: 1.0/1.5/2.0/3.0/4.0 mm.
